Terms of Service

Parties

This Agreement is between VeloLabs (org. nr. 934 882 350), Frederik Stangs gate 35, 0264 Oslo, Norway ("we", "us", "the Provider") and you, the individual or entity using the Service ("you", "the Customer"). For questions, contact us at kristoffer@velolabs.no or +47 957 42 866.

Definitions

"User Content" refers to any data, text, or information you submit to the Service

• "Service" refers to the WedLab web application and all related features
• "User", "you" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service
• "We", "us", "our" refers to VeloLabs (org. nr. 934 882 350), the company operating WedLab
• "User Content" refers to any data, text, or information you submit to the Service

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use WedLab. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service

WedLab provides AI-powered wedding timeline planning tools. We offer both free and paid (Pro) tiers. Features may change over time as we improve the service. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Payments and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are available through Stripe and Vipps. You can choose monthly or annual billing. There is no binding period — you can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. To cancel via Stripe, go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel. To cancel a Vipps subscription, open the Vipps app and manage your agreements under "Avtaler". Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

Delivery

WedLab is a digital service. Access to the service is granted immediately upon account creation (for the free tier) or upon successful payment (for Pro subscriptions). No physical goods are shipped. You can access WedLab from any device with a web browser and internet connection.

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Under Norwegian law (Angrerettloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital services online. However, by starting to use the Pro subscription, you consent to immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been accessed. If you have not accessed the Pro features within 14 days of purchase, you may contact us at kristoffer@velolabs.no to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund.

Returns

As WedLab is a digital service, traditional returns do not apply. No physical goods are delivered. For refund requests, please refer to the Right of Withdrawal section above or contact us at kristoffer@velolabs.no.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us at kristoffer@velolabs.no. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) at forbrukertilsynet.no.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through the following process:

• Contact us directly at kristoffer@velolabs.no to attempt an amicable resolution
• If unresolved, file a complaint with the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation at forbrukerradet.no
• If mediation fails, the case may be brought before the Consumer Disputes Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget)
• As a last resort, disputes are settled by the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett)

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WedLab to:

• Engage in any illegal activity
• Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the service or other users' experience
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the service
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on WedLab (timelines, event details, notes). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We will not sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to the service.

AI-Generated Content

WedLab uses AI to help plan your wedding timeline. AI-generated suggestions are for planning purposes only and do not constitute professional wedding planning advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI suggestions before they are applied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

Service Availability

We aim to keep WedLab available at all times but may experience downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the process described in the Dispute Resolution section above. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Norwegian or EU law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
